Suffix A Range Rovers have become the 'must have' Classic for many collectors. Built between 1970 and 1972, they embody the purity of the original Charles Spencer King design, with PVC formed seats, wipe clean vinyl headlining and hose-out carpet-free flooring.
This particular 1971 model came to us as an incomplete collection of dismantled parts with the original but sadly corroded chassis and axles, and very little else. Our client wanted a top quality restoration, with modern enhancements of 5-speed manual gearbox, uprated fuel injected engine and one-off detailing, whilst retaining the soul of the original Suffix A.
Over the course of a painstaking nut and bolt restoration we have produced a one-off early Range Rover to bespoke customer specification; a beautiful and highly useable Classic for the 21st Century.
